1. Who we are

HELLO Tours and Language organises language stays, tours, accommodation and transfers in Ghana and Benin. These terms apply to every booking made on this website, by e-mail, WhatsApp or at our office.

2. Booking

A booking is registered when you submit the booking form and pay the deposit (or the full amount for activities). It is confirmed once our team has checked availability; you then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the billing currency; amounts in other currencies are indicative. A 40 % deposit confirms a stay; the balance is due before arrival. Payments are made online (CinetPay, FedaPay) or by bank transfer.

4. Changes

You can ask to change your stay from your client area. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your client area. Refunds follow our cancellation policy.

6. Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for your passport, visa, vaccinations (yellow fever) and travel insurance.

7. Liability

We select our partners carefully. We cannot be held liable for events beyond our control (weather, strikes, border closures).
