Cancellation policy
Refund according to the date of cancellation
- 30 days or more before arrival: 90 % refunded
- 14 days or more before arrival: 50 % refunded
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 0 % refunded
You can cancel your stay at any time from your client area (“Cancel this stay”) by filling in the cancellation form. The refund depends on the number of days between the request and the arrival date, and applies to the amounts already paid.
Our team confirms the cancellation and the refund by e-mail within 48 working hours. Refunds are made with the payment method used, within 14 days.
