Your identity and contact details, the details of your trip, payments and the messages you send us. Online payments are processed by our payment providers: we never see your card details.

Why

To organise your stay, answer your questions, send you the documents and reminders of your trip, meet our legal obligations (invoices) and, if you agree, send you our newsletter.

Who sees them

Our team, and only what is necessary to our partners who deliver your services (school, accommodation, driver, guide).

How long

As long as your account is active; invoices and payments are kept for the period required by accounting law.

Your rights

From your client area you can update your profile, download all your data and ask for the deletion of your account. You can also write to us to exercise your rights of access, correction, objection and deletion.
