Do I need a visa for Ghana?
Most nationalities need one. We send an invitation letter with your booking confirmation to support your application.
How do I pay?
By Mobile Money, card or bank transfer. A 40% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival.
What if I don’t know my level?
You take a short placement test on your first day and join the right group.
Who picks me up at the airport?
A HELLO driver with a sign in your name, at any time of day or night. You get their name and photo before you fly.
Is the accommodation safe?
Every place is visited by our team and has security, water and power backup.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, depending on availability.
What currency is used in Ghana?
The Ghanaian cedi (GHS). Mobile Money is widely used; we help you set it up on arrival.
Do I need French in Benin?
It helps a lot, which is why the Ghana ↔ Benin programme includes French classes in Cotonou.
Can I see prices in my currency?
Yes, choose GHS, XOF, EUR or GBP at the top of the page. Conversions are indicative; you are billed in USD.
Where can you collect and deliver parcels?
Anywhere in Ghana and Benin, between the two countries, and abroad with our shipping partners.
What can’t I send?
Cash, weapons, flammable products, fresh food and anything illegal. We check every parcel at pickup.
