Accra is warm all year round, but the rainy season brings short, heavy showers. Here is what our students always thank us for recommending.
Clothes
- Light cotton or linen clothes
- A light rain jacket (April to July)
- One smart outfit for church, weddings or school events
Health
The yellow fever certificate is required at the border. Bring mosquito repellent and a basic first-aid kit.
Tip: a power bank is your best friend during short power cuts.
